This is the first poem I wrote as an adult. It was one those things that was writen when I feared taking a stand to do what I loved at the time.

THIS IS THE MOMENT
The greatest torture is to be prevented from pursuing our passion.
Will we be destroyed in the pursuit?
In the destruction, will we become slave to the situation or
Will we take a stand and dare to dream?
This is the moment when we rise again to risk it all
When we become unstoppable
When the fear dissipates and
When obstacles catapult us towards success
This is the moment when the magic and the dream come alive again.
This is the moment when we begin to live.
