Great Leaders

I have been thinking about leaders and leadership considerably over the past few days.  Over the years, I have read books about leadership, created posts on leadership, observed leaders, and taken a few leadership programs, led, and still lead. 

Leaders come in all different styles.  There were some leaders that stood out from the others.  They were like a moving force in the world that could not be stopped.  In some cases, you know that if you had your eyes closed and the person walked in the room, you would know it.  What is that?

Well, in my observation, I have noticed that the greatest leaders had a profound vision for the world that they were living into (i.e. lived and breathed) and they loved what they did. 

I aspire to be that.  Wait!  I choose to be the possibility of that!
